Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the current oversight process.
